I am trying to organize my thoughts. This will serve as the one source of information for our ministry planning. This ministry plan covers all of the youth and EM ministries that are associated with Pastor Bern and the EM Worship Service. This is also an attempt to coordinate and consolidate the expectations at church. Rather than just designate duties and tasks, we are asking people to be apart of the process of planning and serving as a community. Also, instead of breaking out every segment in our church based on different life stages, I am trying to put everyone in the same group. If we can continue to meet faithfully during these times with the right Christ honoring intention, then we will spin off groups with naturally occurring affinities (like age or area, etc.).
